ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number, verify your shipping address, and contact us at vlifthelp@gmail.com if unresolved. Packages marked as "delivered" but not received must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact us immediately at vlifthelp@gmail.com if you entered an incorrect address. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vlifthelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
